  • What is your refund/exchange policy?
    We have a 15 day return or exchange policy as long as the items are unused. Parts must be new, not installed to be eligible for a refund. We also offer exchanges on in-stock items.
  • How long does shipping take?
    We use Priority Mail through USPS and UPS Ground. Shipping can take anywhere from 1-7 business days after your order has been received and processed. We will confirm once your order has been received and send a tracking number once your order has been shipped to you. We use USPS for International shipping. Shipping times vary depending on destination country. We ship all orders within 2 business days when items are in stock.
